Start with your intro

Prepare a 90-second 'Tell me about yourself' that covers your degree, key skills, best project, and why this company. Practice it 20 times.

STAR method for HR

Every behavioral question (conflict, failure, achievement) should follow: Situation → Task → Action → Result. Keep each story under 2 minutes.

Think aloud for coding

Don't silently code. Explain your approach before writing. Interviewers want to see your thinking process, not just the final answer.

Ask questions at the end
