What is Wipro Elite NThrive?
NThrive (previously called Elite) is Wipro's top fresher hire track for STEM graduates with strong aptitude and coding skills. Selected candidates join as "Senior Project Engineers" (₹6.5 LPA) vs the standard "Project Engineer" (₹3.5 LPA). Training is in Bengaluru with project allocation on cloud, full-stack, and AI workstreams.
Eligibility Criteria 2026
- BTech/BE/MTech/MCA/MSc IT from any college
- 60% aggregate throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation) — no active backlogs
- Graduation year: 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Computer Science, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil — all branches eligible
Wipro NThrive 2026 — Exam Pattern
Section 1: Online Written Test (90 minutes)
- Aptitude: 16 questions (20 minutes) — Quantitative, Logical, Verbal
- Written Communication: 1 essay (20 minutes, 200–250 words)
- Coding: 2 problems (45 minutes) — NThrive requires both solved
- AI/ML Awareness: 15 questions (15 minutes) — Conceptual questions on ML, Data Science basics
Section 2: Technical Interview
30–45 minutes. Topics: OOPS, DBMS (SQL queries), OS basics, Data Structures (arrays, linked lists, trees), 1 coding problem solved on paper/whiteboard.
