To make yourself more appealing to employers, market yourself like you’re selling products. An impressive resume is a plus point although confidence in job interviews can more highly boost your application. Know your best qualification and strengths and use it as a starting point. Determine what skill or qualification can set you apart from other applicants. You can ask around if you want to so people can testify what they think is your best asset that you can make use of, and then emphasize these to your potential employer. In marketing yourself, of course you need good communication and composure. Lying is not option but do not undersell yourself as well.
